Big Problem with self Blood Bag script

I installed the script and it was working fine, then i got complaints that people couldn't open their safes and unlock their cars, basically anything that needs a menu. Please help! I have linked the scripts below.

what makes you think they are connected? The files look okay.
What the error is will be found on the clients rpt file which is located here
C:\Users\Frank\AppData\Local\ArmA 2 OA
replacing my name with your name of course. So see if you can replicate the error, and see what the client RPT says.

to expand on that ..
go into your epoch mod (@dayz_epoch) and unpack your dayz_code pbo, find the fn_selfactions.sqf and copy THAT one to your mission folder. Insert any changes you need.
