BlissAdmin setup?

Hi! I've searched all over the interwebz, but I can't seem to find any "tutorials" on how to set up BlissAdmin.

I'm trying to set it up on my VDS, with no luck.. :(

I've followed the installation guide on github, but it didn't take me that far...

Can anyone help me?
 
I have downloaded the master folder, downloaded and installed apache, installed PHP 5.3, and "TRIED" to import dayz.mysql into database. Aswell as trying to get right configuration on config.php.

I don't know where to put the folder, how to set it up, anything.
