Can not hear the sound of shooting

Help! The server does not hear the shots. What to do?

Check the obvious first:

- headset plugged in all the way? Falling out slightly?
- volume turned up sufficiently
- in game volume not turned off for weapon noise

Does everyone have the same problem or is just you?

Our whole bliss reality server has this exact issue. People can't hear gunshots. Most of the time you can hear about 3 gunshots in a rapid fire, but after those, you don't hear any more.
