Cannot connect to SQL Server

Hello all!

I was attempting to set up dayz server using pwnozor's server pack and i have come across this error (see below). I've got everything set up as far as configs but it seems that it cannot connect to the SQL database on the localhost (although you can clearly see the startup script has started mysql, and i can use navicat to see the database).

Any quick ideas?

I'm sure it's something ive overlooked stupidly.

Have you tried to edit the HiveExt.ini file and changing the following line?

Host = localhost
to
Host = 127.0.0.1
 
Thanks ZAadmin, i have made the change but i do not have access to DayZ at work to test. The server is loaded but needs a connection to replicate the error. If someone could make an attempt to join, the server is at IP 199.241.190.7:2302. I appreciate it a ton!
 
Trying to join, I might get kicked for ping. But so far it seems to be starting.

edit: I was able to join your server :)
