Cant get some buildings to work, help please

first question i got private hive tools . what does the 3d editor sql parser do?

somethihng todo with adding buildings? cause i add buildings normally via mission sqm, but it doesnt work properly now

after the Heli p thing the rest doesnt add up when i restart server

somehow they are working now, but the class markers that mark the traders are gone like wtf?
