Checking what player doing trought log

Hi all;

I wonder if it's anyway to look out what player doing on the server.
I mean, server got house rules like for exemple ( No vehicules locked destruction allowed)
How to see, if a player destructed any locked vehicles who was the one doing destruction...?
i checked some log report but didnt found anything about it.
Any help?
