Clock resetting on relog

For some reason. When the guys on my server relog, the time resets to 7:55.

Causes major issues at night where if people relog its no longer night time and goes back to day.

Anyone have any clue as to why this would happen? Do i need to set custom to local?

Heres my Hive.ini:

;Possible values: Local, Custom, Static
;Type = Custom
Type = Custom
;If using Custom type, offset from UTC in hours (can be negative as well)
Offset = -7
;If using Static type (Hour value always the same on every server start), the value (0-24) to set the Hour to
;Hour = 11
;Offset = -7

EDIT: I've tried the hive.ini as local -7gmt and Custom -7 gmt. Time is constantly going way out.

Thoughts?

Tried using Type=Local?

Does not work. I put my pbos on a test box and everything works fine, but on my host machine it doesnt work lol. Host doesnt know what it is so we decided to just go dedicated for a few dollars more a month.
