Completely private tents?

Hi! Our community is considering about making our own mod (modifying the DayZ+ mod files). And we already started brainstorming how to build our "Survivor City".

But some of the players are concerned about pitching a private tent inside that area.

So, we thought why not implement a second type of "tent", which will work as a "safe". So we want it to only be accesable by the owner.

Any ideas where to start...?
 
I have TSW, I know it has a great dome option, set up a dome any size you want, whitelist the area to players or humanity, but I was not aware they could restrict access to tents.. where is that option?
