custom loading screen

Can someone tell me the code needed with 1.7.5 to add the custom loading screen. I tried using what i had before and the server was stuck at loading.

I've done everything correct and got it working. Now people are complaining that they are having trouble getting into the server due to long loading times. I can get in just fine but quite a few others are all reporting that its hard for them to get in. When I took it down everything was fine again. Any ideas on how I can fix this or what might be causing it?

Made a new loading screen two days ago, works like a charm.
2048x1024, they have to download roughly 890 kb, but thats done in seconds.

I have mine down to 240k for the load image.

To get the size of the file down make the image smaller and ythat will help mine is only around 156kb and its a pritty good picture
