DayZ Overwatch Blood Bagging not working

So basically if you try to give someone a blood bag it says transfusion successful right away goes through the animation then doesn't give the player blood nor take away your blood bag. Help?

it seems to be when you are in combat m8 if you wait it will let you give the bloodbag
it just doesnt tell you .

Ok cen after I follwed all the steps in that my blood bagging works but now my players times are off like it will be 5:30 for me but 7:40 for someone else why is that?
