Dayz.st unbanning skins?

Hi! I have a dayz.st server, and I'm really interested of custom skins. The problem is I only have access to dayz_mission.pbo, and dayz_server.pbo. I read about copying the client dayz_anim or dayz_code files to the server, and forcing the players to use that file with unbanned skins, but I haven't found any solutions yet. Anyone could help me?
 
I currently do not have any extra skins but i have used some of these and more before. The biggest issue is your inventory levels change with skins and some skins spawn with radios which will set off anti hack programs like gotcha should you use it.
 
Okay thank you! I just tried the CZ skin and it worked. :) Any solutions for when you log in you will always have this skin?
