Epoch 1.0.1.1 - R3F Heli / Vehicle tow - Help needed

Hi i could really use some help with this.

I have this Epoch server from xstreamgaming.net and is trying to add the R3F logistics.
But for some reason i get no option at all to tow anything. I have no idea why it shouldn't work.

I have added this line to the very bottom of my init.sqf file

/R3F Towing and shit (or whatever you want to title it)[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]execVM "R3F_ARTY_AND_LOG\init.sqf"

Also added the following to my description.ext file

#include "R3F_ARTY_AND_LOG\desc_include.h"[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]class RscTitles[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]{[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]#include "R3F_ARTY_AND_LOG\desc_rsct_include.h"[/SIZE]
[SIZE=3]};

After that I've added vehicles / choppers from a list seen in another thread

ARTY is disabled and LOG enabled.

NOTE: I have even tried to follow the INSTALL.pdf which comes with R3F Logistics. And it didn't work.

Any help to get this working would be very much appreciated
