Help adding more AI spawn points in specific locations

Hi, any help anyone could give me with adding additional spawn locations and triggers etc to a specific location would be greatly appreciated. I'd like to leave the default spawns etc alone but add many many more to Skalisty Island. I'm kinda lost. The instructions seem ok if you know how to do this already but I don't.

I've been able to add more triggers, but what are the "markers" for and how should they be setup? Maybe this isn't even what I should be messing with?

If anyone would want to take 5 minutes, maybe jump on my ts with me and give a quick 5 minute explanation I would be eternally grateful.
