Help Creation a Donor Area/Base

Hello,

I just rented a server from HFBServers yesterday and I was wondering how I would go about making an area that only people who donate can go in, and have PvP disabled. I want to make it where the main road ends at the north western part of the map. Also, it would be cool to have a red circle on the map to indicate where it is.

If anyone could help me, that would be great!

EDIT: For the title, I meant Creating, not Creation.

You could create a safezone around a certain area which kills non whitelisted people I do believe it gives a warning to let them leave safely. http://opendayz.net/threads/guide-creating-safezones.9014/

I'm not if its working 100% but you can read through the thread for updates.
