[Help/Discussion] Spectre's Knockout/Revive

1. I am currently working 60 hours a week and have basically no free time so for the foreseeable future, unless someone else creates and update that is a no :(
2. That is tricky, I was never able to fully understand how the unconscious timer works, the way I achieved my goal was through some crazy scriptyness, I was amazed when it worked. It took me about a week of nonstop working on this to get it how I wanted it and much of it was late night one minor change at a time so it's hard for me to explain. To compound the difficulty with this, it seems that the unconscious state is handled in multiple places, as multiple things can bring varying lengths of unconsciousness. I haven't looked at any files since the update so I'm not sure how they changed things and I'm really of no help :( I'm very sorry. If you can get it to work for the update feel free to either post here or re-release it under your own name, just be kind and credit me if you use any of my work. Good luck! I would like to add, since i couldn't get an exact number on the timer I added the suicide and execute features, so you will never be stuck and so people can't lay there unconscious forever denying the victor their loot. I believe unconsciousness persists even if you log out and back in as well, so the combat loggers can suck it.

I am very interessted in seeing your progress on adapting your code to the new version.

but one question: currently the revive script v.1.5 breaks the dayz epoch right? or did I messed up my config???

Yes I could not get your script working on my server. Probably I think it's caused through R3F Weight and Tired in the mission.pbo... The Epoch devs changed a lot in fn_selfactions, so if you try to add your script to Epoch you will spawn even without skin and an empty world. I hope you or someone else will find some time to figure it out how to fix it. In the meantime, heads up :)

I think this script needs in better instruction and not just "change files to mine", if you could post what you change in this files and what you add in there so we can look and install this script on other mods or other versions. Thanks. :p

I suppose you are right, when I update the script I'll make sure to include the original files unchanged so the two can be compared.

I tried to get it to work for Overpoch 1.0.5.1/0.26 but when a player gets shot he has every time -5k blood and dies instantly
