[Help] Increasing loot rate

I haven't found a straightforward INCREASE to loot. There are tons of small things you can do to increase loot though. You can increase the number of magazines that drop with guns. You can increase the number of heli crashes. You can add buildings so that there are more loot sources. You can do all sorts of loot substitution. I'm not sure of a flat increase to loot rates though.
