Are you trying to edit their current gear or the gear of when they respawn?

search the forum for custom loadout posts It's all been answered before but people make multiple threads so they key information gets lost

Custom loadout with reality build is what I use, it works perfectly. I even have a webpage now where survivors can change their loadouts.

Edit their custom loadout entry, after making sure they don't already have one, from a (assuming paypal donate) webpage that confirms payment from their player uid, which will need to be confirmed previously from some kind of ingame survivor confirmation process. Once all that is done then just add the loadout to the correct record in the appropriate schema in your dayZ database.. easy, no ?
