[Help] set a reality server

Hi guys, first of all ,i apologize because my first post is for crying for help xP.
Im having several troubles setting the server,every step pop 15 errors... i couldnt post much more details right now... 1 AM here and have to morning. I make this post to see if someone can add me to skype to let me a hand. I would be eternally gratefull
