I have been trying to start my server on fallujah or any other map. When I start the server it comes up with a 9999 ping. The server will still show a time and allow you to connect. After connecting to the server it goes to waiting for host and does not move. Also if keeps the configs and name of the chernarus server I was running before trying to switch maps.
