Help with Moding our Namalsk Server

We have tried to add custom mods to our server and cannot get anything to work. We have tried just using the chernarus map and still cannot get anything to work.

Could someone please help us?

We are looking to add :

Self Blood Bags
Auto Refuel and repair
Base Building

and possibly AI.

We would be happy to Pay someone if they could do this .
