Hi can someone help me please

Hello there, I have had a few months break from dayz admining and Im looking to get back into it.
The first thing I always had to have first was blue phoenix admin tools, only for the spectate feature really, I find this the best way to check for hackers.

I follow the instructions on how to install but after it says loading character data it just stays on the dayz loading screen with an empty bar at the bottom and numbers count in the bottom right corner.

I tried uploading the files after each step and it stops loading after I edit the 'playerMonitor' section of the 'init' file.

I'm completely stuck , in the past Ive always managed to figure it out, eventually, but this time i fear its beaten me!!

Any help on this would be ace.

I just tried leaving it for 10 minutes and it goes to the lobby screen and says 'you have an outdated version of dayz_anim' please download the correct version

Im not sure what this means, I can play the game fine on all other servers.

Im using dayz.st btw

To anyone having this issue, just ignore the player monitor change.
It's not required.
