Hive Schema

Having a few issues. When trying to teleport a vehicle to my location or anything else related to teleporting or any Survivor and his inventory I receive an error stating. "Character is dead or doesn't exist" My though is is has something to do with the hive schema, I am running Pwnozorsm which isn't an option in setting. I saw the Hive Schema Collection and downloaded Chernarus. Now I just don't know how to get the file into the server.

I do have navcat and can access the MySQL database.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
