Hive Test updates

I'm currently running Reality under wine on Linux with an old version of the Bliss HiveExt.dll (as the latest Bliss version doesn't work for me.)

Has anyone tried thevisads new HiveExt under Wine?

With the switch over to the new way that the hive/1.7.5 operates it kicks a variable back over to the server indicating that the player is new, this should simply be the check that is needed to swap out the inventory. I was up until 5 am yesterday working on it, but I think I am close.

Fixed tents not saving to the database after server restart
corrected issues with users not being able to update the schema
Updated to schema version 0.38

@thevisad, thanks for the hard work. But I'm still getting an error when putting down tents, even with your newest 0.38 schema
