So theres a hacker on my server and he just blows everything up usually Infistar catches him but he keeps changing his CD key and im wondering how would i ban him by his ip?

The player must be online to get the software to record down his GUID. And then you can ban his GUID from your server permanently

Thank you and you wouldent happen you know how to get rid of the auto message that goes off now and then saying This server is monitored and secured by bla bla bla ... it just gets kinda annoying

Don't think you can remove that.. I've been using that program for almost a year and still have no idea how to remove it

From my understanding IP bans are useless because people can change their IPeasily

Yes but isn't that technically more difficult ? Requiring something to generate them and possibly something to tell arma it's legit? I feel like for IP you just need to restart your router? Not sure though.
Could even flush your settings, so no need to restart your router
But most hackers are scriptkiddies and not interested enough to do this. They see they get banned/are banned and move on to the next server
