idea for anti logers can anyone help?

could it be possible to make a script so that
the gun icon starts blinking whenever u move
and that it ignores if someone presses ESC while the gun is blinking

so that u have to be still for 30 seconds in game to acces the ESC menu
thatway the Alt+F4 cannot be use also......
