Link to tutorial for how to spawn more vehicles

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how to spawn more vehicles? I have the standard amount ones, but I'd like more.

adjust chances in db , adjust pMain() to the max. number of spawnpoints in your db. If you want more -> 3d editor, plaxe vehicles where they should be , save mission, convert mission from 3d -> 2d and finally import all spawnpoints to your database.

Yeah, you can just say that, but I dont understand most of that, so I was hoping for a tutorial on YouTube.

I tried the second, I saved my mission, but I am stuck there...
