Crafting System,
Name Tags.

Not in front of my computer right now so off the top of my head I can add a little bit to your list Joker, for DayZ Chernarus.... cant credit the authors right now because Im at work and being sneaky ;)

CPC Nametags
Added weapons to biplanes (or any vehicle for that matter)
Easy Custom map markers, or some such name
Added extra buildings and custom bases (mission side, Im sure server side works just as well)
Wardrobe
Dance script on scrollwheel
