Looking for an auto exec tool

We're currently using System Scheduler 2013 but our server CONSTANTLY stops auto restarting which is getting a little frustrating due to manually restarting our server every two hours.

Would anybody recommend an auto exec that will keep running?
 
a little question just for my interest...
why are you restarting the server so often? 2hours...
i mean... for me as a player it would be frustrating to get kicked of the server every 2 hours...
me and my guys are playing 6-7-8 hours at once sometimes...

there was another guy who restarts it every hour.... insane... ^^

so for me as admin im restarting twice a day.... 12:00 / 00:00 and i think thats enough to keep everything smooth
cant really help you on your restarter prob... im using linux =) and i guess yours is running on windows...

but i saw some scripts / programs here to do this job... so good luck on finding the right for you...
