Markers Option for Holding Radio

    Hi Sarge,

    First you are awesome, keep it up.

    Can we add an option in the config to enable markers only if players are holding a radio in their toolbelt?

    you mean AI markers ? so players with a radio see where the AI are ?

    Thats kind of no fun tbh, way too easy then to hunt them down.

    Oh, sorry one of the earlier builds of yours that I am still running :eek: has markers on the map to show spawns (accurate to a degree). I thought it was for the players.

    Would it still be possible? Perhaps only reporting military spawns or options for any/all.
    Some of my players would like it more for knowing where they can drive "safely" without the AI intervening.

    You still have to kill them... which sometimes can be a challenge in its own right for newer players.

    the markers that you saw shouldnt be there .-) you need to disable them in SAR_config and you need to set the aplha to 0 in your cfg_grps file.

    I am thinking about periodic messages for players that state where AI have been seen, (eventually via the radio), that would be more a end of the world zed scenario.

    Sounds like a plan to me.

    I have now downloaded the newest build and love the cfg options.

    I have now tweaked them to include in Epoch Models and Weapons.
    Also dropping chance currency and supplies.

    Loving it!!

    Keep up the great work sarge.
