I am getting this, not sure what it can't update.
 
I also just tried it for our database which is at 0.38.
It attempted to update to 0.38, even though github shows latest version 0.39


I also had that same error on the weekend on another database.
If I remember correctly, I had to manually delete something from the db, or I used the old bliss version. Can't really remember exactly what I did.
 
Yes, I deleted it completey and it worked, now the problem is that migrate from bliss in the control panel does not work.
 
If you just deleted your db and reinstalled it, it's already a Reality db.
No need to convert from Bliss.

Fixed my issue.
Downloaded the new github files but forgot to extract them. o_O
