Missing database tables

I just got everything working on the 1.8.0.3 server pack I can log into the game etc it's shownig up public all that good stuff no errors or anything. But my question is why am I missing the dayz table which holds the contents of the instance table for adding/changing spawn loot. Also I'd like to have a bit more help with other things about the server, scripts, setting where vehicles spawn, automated restarts, admin control/spawner, etc.

Edit: Can this be moved into Pwnoz0rs support thread please.
