My Server is not saving peoples items and location!

Its happening to most people on my server and i really need with this? Im not sure what files to upload.

I have not solved the issue but i reinstalled the server pack and im getting an error please read here:

I did have this when adding the survivor history table and triggers and deleted the survivor history table without removing the triggers as well. Have you installed anything in the DB?

Hey could you please help with the other error im getting? I posted the link already and to answer your question I did not install anything in the DB.
