Need Help With Adding Building Supplies to Traders

So, like many others I am struggling with wrapping my brain around the process of adding more building supplies to the traders.

I was wondering if someone might be able to screen share on skype with me to spoon feed me into the process. Every written tutorial I've tried doesn't help or I'm just too dumb to figure it out.
