Need Scripting Help Epoch Server (HFB)

I need someone that has experience with HFB servers to walk me through (and when I say walk through I mean hold my hand for dummies version) so that I can add scripts to my server. I have been trying for days I get lost after I modify the files and everytime I pack/ upload them I get stuck on wait for host error. I really need a few minutes of someones time I am a very quick learner it would take ten minutes tops to teach me and any help would be greatly appreciated I can also post the file I modified on here if needed. (I feel I did it right it's just everything after that step that has me stuck) Script I am trying to add is self bagging. Thank you in advance

It's 10:12 pm my time (EST) If I have to stay up all night I will. I really need help I will check in on your TS channel throughout the next few hours and thank you for responding you just made my day :D
