No loot on Epoch server?

So for some reason, no loot spawns on our server. We have everything installed correctly, but the only loot that spawns is industrial and toolbelt items. We upped the percentage about 100% but still, no loot. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Add me on steam or Skype.

custom loot tables are brocken, im working on fixing them .... among other things :p
 
just a heads up i bougth watchdogs so i may be indisposed for a while :p
(still working on updates/fixes/scripts and requests but wont be taking anything new on )
