No show vehicles in map

Hi all

I have problem in map chernarus, i run spwan vehicles in map and vehicles spawned writing in BD. I go login in server and vehicles not created. :( whe are problem ? in DB instance_vehicles its ok vehicles showing

Help me :(
 
restart server and vehicle not spawned tsw admin send this error
