Overpoch Help Needed

So I had a overpoch server at first but someone installed it for me and they have left me. So I am completely lost.

I have HFB as my Host

I have Epoch Tavianna (.com) installed

So can someone give me a tutorial on how to install overpoch

I have watched the Matijis video but I don't get it and it doesn't help.
