Patient Zero for non Origin server

I have looked in here for a script but haven't found one,

a few of our members have asked if patient zero can be added to the server, i run a private hosted server, bliss database with a few scripts sarge AI, admin tools ,street lights is this something i can add in ?

if not does anyone have an alternative idea ? maybe a rock hard AI bandit no gun but has unlimited grenades ?
 
i cant fully remember but if you have full access to all server files then you should be able to edit one of the zombie files you can change the health of say one of the zombies in a group, eg boost up the health and boost up the damage dealt, but im unsure of the file name sorry, sorry thats all the information i can remember
