Possible to lock profile name in DB?

Is it possible to lock the name column in the profile section of the DB?

Basically I want it so that anyone who logs into the server gets stuck with that name unless they request me to change it for them.... this is to keep players from changing names, coming back in and being dirty bandits in disguise... Actions having consequences is the goal.

The only way I've managed to get this working is by using WhiteListerPro:

There is an option in there to prevent users from changing names. Unfortunately you need to run the program on a windows pc 24/7.. Hope that helps though!
