Prigorodki Road Block

This was between Cherno/Elekto ported from the ZUST servers (dead?) and modified for Gamers Paradise

2. Create a buildings folder inside the mission.pbo and move the file there.

3. Place this at the bottom of the init.sqf in mission.pbo
