rf3 vehicles tow to close together

Have any of you guys found out how to make the cars tow a little farther apart? most of my code text is in french and I am having one hell of a time figuring this one out. I found a server once who had done this but there was no one there who could tell me.

nice thread find, i just didnt know how to help answer his question, ive only had a couple vehicles tow too closely so it wasnt much of a big deal.
