rockets clutter not spawning after mission.pbo changes

Hello!

I have a problem on my server, none of what rocket has added to Chernarus(road blocks, Balota and Stary tents etc) isn't showing up.
It worked before i updated the mission.pbo with debug monitor, fixes folder and player_spawn_2.sqf and xvariables.sqf. Any of those i need to update in order for the stuff to appear properly?
 
If i just delete the player_spawn_2 and xvariables, and use Fusi0n Fir3's debug, should that work?
