server restarts

well here goes i hope this is the right place i keep getting an error(the error in question is "No Entry CfgWorlds") when trying to use any programs to do a server restart the only thing i have not tried is BEC it looks like a pain in the ass to setup but every restart method i try gives me the same issue i have even tried gotcha-antihacks as it does restarts as well but yet the same error appears now if i use my batch file to start the server it runs fine all i want is a way to restart my server when i am not around any input or help would be great.
 
you got tcadmin?

If not, seeing as all else fails you might want to go ahead and bite that bullet called BEC
 
if you are asking if i have admin rights yes i do and i tried bec it opens and 10 seconds later it closes no error or nothing.
