[SOLVED] Battleye! Damn you!

OpenDayZ Rockstar!
Hey guys,

since a few days i've got a very annoying problem with Battleye:
I allways have to restart the game after i joined a server and want to rejoin it.
its not checking required Version and kicks me for Client not responding.
Cant really say whats wrong.
I allready reinstalled my whole arma and several times Battleye but nothing seems to fix the Problem.
Hope one of you guys have an idea.

Ok after reinstalling everything again without any results this is what i can say so far:
Battleye is updating says its finished and restarting BUT initializing the old version.
Nothing is happening at all -.-
Also the strange thing is that i get new file called:
BEClient.dll.new
in my Local\Arma2OA\Battleye Folder :/
I just cannot say what im doing from.

I appreciate any help.
