Spawning vehicles

Hello,

I'm hosting a server at Survivalservers and it seems like we are unable to spawn more than 13 vehicles.

we copied someones database to import the vehicles to world_vehicle, and I got db_spawn_vehicles.pl working to spawn all the vehicles for isladuala but it doesn't go over the limit of 13, is there a reason and also possible a fix for this issue?
