Trader issue: Insufficient stock when trying to buy vehicle. How to change?

When my players try to buy a vehicle at the trader it says "insufficient stock". How can I make it so there is no limit? Or how to change the limit higher? I just started the server today and its already saying this.

UPDATE Traders_DATA SET qty=10 WHERE qty=0;

you need to do this in your Database >> phpMyAdmin there you should find somewhere a traders_data table and in that table you need to do this query
