Well, the title pretty much says it all.
The messages that can be put in using Bliss database that appear as all-caps
messages ingame via global chat, can that text be "un-capsed"?
I have found code in server_monitor that I suggest is taking the messages from the Hive,
but can not find the part where it should say that the fetched messages should be made all-caps....
Any ideas?
