Using latest Epoch Files

I was noticing over on GitHub, certain files are always being edited.

For example, selfactions.sqf is completly different than what I am currently using for Epoch.

Question: Can I throw the new version into my pbo or would I need to do a pbo overhaul.

Don't use them until they're ready, the files are part of the soon to be released 1.0.4
