Vehicle Spawn Issue?

Hi,

I own a dedicated 70 slot server, we're having a bit of an issue

How come when a vehicle blows up, it doesn't respawn in the designated spawn point? :/

I think it's re spawning at the spot it blew up rather than the spawn point
