Vehicles Not Spawning in Server

Hi, when I open Navicat and then the object_data table, it says that there are vehicles on my server with coordinates and everything. Unfortunately, the vehicles don't actually spawn. They don't exist regardless of what Navicat says. Is there any way I can fix this?
 
I think I'm having the same problem.

I use HeidiSQL instead of Navicat as it's full featured and free. I can see in the DB that there should be vehicles, and I loaded up Hivetools on my server as well, and I see where vehicles should be spawned, but I don't actually see them in game.

Any idea's?
 
I know there was a thread about this exact thing some time ago. It may be on page 2 or 3 of either the support or general forum.
 
I switched things up and moved away from Pwnoz0r's package.

I tested DayZ Server Control Center yesterday and it works great. Vehicles spawn, and I really like the fact that it's basically an All-In-One control suite, with web interface. The setup for it isn't difficult, and it seems to work well so far in my testing.
